airtel manually setup gprs settings in micromax ninja superfones – a50, a60 etc
Network providers will not send gprs settings to micromax ninja superfone like A50, micromax A70 etc.We need to manually set up gprs settings in these micromax android phones.Follow these steps to manually set up gprs settings in micromax superfones.Before creating gprs settings manually,put the sim in any other mobile for a minute and put back the sim to your micromax android phone again .Some network providers like airtel,vodafone will send gprs settings when phone device change.
Also if you are using airtel and if you have gprs settings for airtel on it and internet not working,then delete all settings except one with apn -airtelgprs.com .
In vodafone,if you have gprs setting in it,delete all settings except one with apn ‘www’ and make it default
Manually creating gprs settings in micromax android phone
* First go to settings >> wireless $ Networks >> Mobile networks and select access point name.
* Now the phone will show the network providers of two sim’s.Select anyone which you want to add gprs settings.
* Now press the button in the right side of the home button.When it is pressed, option to add new apn will appear.
* Press that and a page to create new apn will appear.Edit the name to name of the network provider and edit apn according to your service provider.
For idea, apn is internet
Airtel,apn is airtelgprs com
Docomo, apn is tata.docomo.internet
vodafone – www
Keep all other options default.After editing it click the right button again and click save.
